1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ruveka Store ("Ruveka", "Service", "Platform"), creating a creator account, or subscribing to any software plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of IT Software & SaaS Service

Ruveka Store provides content creators with a web-based IT Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to generate customized, mobile-optimized micro-storefronts for social media posts, reels, and DM automation workflows (e.g. EngageDM, Instagram Direct). The Platform enables creators to consolidate multiple third-party affiliate referral links into a single URL.

3. Creator Account & Security

Creators must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Ruveka immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Affiliate Marketing & Advertising Compliance

Creators utilizing Ruveka Store agree to:

• Truthful Promotion: Ensure all promoted items, prices, and descriptions reflect honest creator recommendations and correspond accurately to the destination merchant's listing.
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable advertising guidelines, including the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Guidelines for Influencer Advertising and FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing material connections and affiliate relationships where mandated.
• Platform Policies: Abide strictly by the operating agreements and affiliate program policies of respective merchant networks (such as the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement).

5. Disclaimers Regarding Third-Party Merchant Transactions

Ruveka Store does NOT manufacture, inventory, sell, package, ship, or process payments for any products featured on storefronts. When a buyer clicks a product link:

• The user is redirected directly to the official merchant site via secure HTTPS.
• The sale, payment, order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, warranties, customer support, and returns are strictly between the buyer and the destination merchant.
• Ruveka Store accepts no liability or responsibility for product defects, pricing discrepancies, shipping delays, or merchant cancellations.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the Platform to promote illegal, counterfeit, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful products.
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to generate false click telemetry or abuse platform rate limits.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security architecture of the Cloud Functions or databases.
• Impersonate other creators or brands without explicit authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, code, logos, designs, and architecture of Ruveka Store remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ruveka. Merchant logos (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho) belong to their respective trademark holders and are utilized solely for identification of product sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ruveka Store and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, affiliate revenue, or data resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
